A Conversation on the Uprising in Belarus

A conversation about the current political situation in Belarus with Dr. Mitchell Orenstein of Upenn's Russian and East European Studies and Dr. Siarhei Biareishyk of Upenn's Department of Germanic Languages and Literatures. Dr. Shparaga of the European College of Liberal Arts in Belarus will also be joining the discussion. Dr. Shparaga is a member of the "Coordinating Council" formed in Belarus for the resolution of the current political crisis.
