Penn Wharton Legal Studies Department is hosting a seminar on Russian legal history (lunch will be served – 6th floor Huntsman Hall). Judge Williams is a Senior Judge on the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit (roughly the second most important court in the USA after the U.S. Supreme Court).
