Aleksey Berg

Lecturer in Foreign Languages

PhD, Slavic Languages and Literatures, Harvard University

Dr. Berg was born in St. Petersburg, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics. He has lived and worked in the United States for almost twenty years, teaching Russian language and culture at Boston College, Middlebury College, MIT, and the University of South Carolina. He received a Ph.D. from Harvard University in 2013, and since 2016 he has served as director of the Russian program at the College of New Jersey.
