University of Pennsylvania Emergency Fellowships for Graduate Students from Ukraine

The University of Pennsylvania is currently hosting three graduate students from Ukrainian institutions of higher education in one-year Visiting Graduate Student Fellowships. Fellowships provide tuition-free access to University of Pennsylvania courses and programs (granting non-degree course credit, where applicable), a living stipend, health insurance, and support for visa application. Students are administratively hosted by the Russian and East European Studies Department. This program may  be renewed for a second year in the 2023-24 academic year: please check this site or keep an eye out for our announcements in social media and via other networks.
